What you'll do

• Negotiate and prepare leases and surface agreements
• manage obligations, payments, and expirations
• examine and cure title requirements
• verify ownership, form units, or negotiate PSAs where applicable
• prepare joint development agreements
• coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare drilling locations and maintain acreage
• support ownership and competitor reporting
• maintain stakeholder relationships and outside-operated well interests
• support acquisitions through due diligence and integration
• calculate working and revenue interests and royalties.
