What you'll do

• Provide customer service during site visits
• install, program, calibrate, and maintain bean-to-cup coffee equipment with guidance
• work with manufacturers to repair machines at the warehouse and client sites
• visit regional client locations to deliver products, perform preventive maintenance, and change water filters
• support wireless printer stations and solutions for new customers
• maintain inventory of parts and tools
• collaborate with Operations and Client Experience.
