Director of Quality

Job overview

The Director of Quality role is onsite at NOOVO’s manufacturing facility in Nevada; compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. The role leads company-wide quality strategy and the Quality Management System for the design, manufacture, delivery, and service of premium camper vans.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute quality strategy, objectives, metrics, staffing plans, and organizational capabilities.
• Own and improve the Quality Management System, lead audits and management reviews, and establish manufacturing quality controls and vehicle release criteria.
• Lead defect reduction, root-cause analysis, corrective action, nonconformance and Material Review Board processes, supplier quality, incoming inspection, quality analytics, and customer and field-quality feedback.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, compliance, and service teams to prevent defects and improve quality.

Why this role
