What you'll do

• Lead the outside service growth plan and track revenue, margin, and service-call targets
• develop preventive-maintenance offerings and service agreements
• pursue OEM service authorizations and oversee warranty claims
• establish dispatch, scheduling, pricing, and vehicle-parts processes
• direct shop work orders, inventory, and final quality review
• provide technical support to customers, sales, and customer service
• hire, train, and coach technicians
• manage budgets and costs
• and ensure safety and OSHA compliance. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for field-service and customer needs as the business grows.
