Description

Directly supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) in assigned center. Accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Accountable for overall clinical outcomes of assigned center. Allocates time to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties.
