The Lead Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist, South Region role is onsite in Naples, FL, with compensation of $46–$52 per hour. The position supports RadNet’s team delivering patient care and clinical outcomes through imaging services. The role provides technical MRI coverage while supporting technologist performance and regional operations. It coaches and trains team members, monitors performance, supports facility initiatives, and travels to outpatient medical offices across Southwest Florida as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide the Imaging Center Manager feedback on technologist performance and quality
• travel to Radiology Regional outpatient medical offices throughout Southwest Florida as needed
• coach, train, support, and motivate team members
• monitor and document performance
• promote flexible staff utilization and delegate work
• perform technologist duties
• support facility initiatives
• provide input on hiring and performance evaluations
• act for the Imaging Center Manager when unavailable
• follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
