Multi-Site Lead Service Technician – POD 2

The Multi-Site Lead Service Technician – POD 2 role is onsite across San Privada, San Piedra, and San Villante communities in Gilbert and Mesa, AZ; the listed base pay is $26 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with make-ready units
• troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues
• perform repairs and preventive maintenance in vacant units
• conduct daily pool care
• complete minor roof repairs and re-key locks
• inspect and address safety hazards
• share on-call duty with the facilities manager and service team
• monitor parts and cleaning supplies
• train and mentor service and facilities technicians.
