The Customer Service Manager — Front of House role is onsite in Saint George, UT, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. This manager leads front-of-house operations during an assigned shift, setting hospitality standards, resolving guest concerns, and coaching the guest-facing team. The role helps deliver a consistent guest experience while supporting restaurant operations and new initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead front-of-house operations during the assigned shift
• direct cashiers, runners, and lobby staff
• monitor guest experience
• resolve and follow up on guest concerns
• onboard and coach team members
• maintain cleanliness, stocking, and dining-room flow
• communicate recurring issues and shift recaps to the General Manager
• support menu launches and operational changes.
