What you'll do

• Assist attorneys with preparing, reviewing, and processing foreclosure documents
• conduct quality assurance reviews of legal system entries and court filings
• prepare and file documents according to court rules, client requirements, and deadlines
• coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and stakeholders
• handle escalated inquiries
• maintain case records and update client systems
• monitor deadlines and case progression
• support process improvement initiatives.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. One year of related legal, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, or bankruptcy experience is preferred. Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
