What you'll do
- Advise leaders on HR strategy and people management
- manage employee relations investigations
- guide performance management and corrective action
- support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
- maintain provider relationships through onboarding and retention
- partner with Talent Acquisition on provider engagement
- support multi-site HR needs and site visits
- maintain records and HRIS data
- support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives.
