What you'll do

• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and inventory

• monitor stock and alert procurement to low inventory
• track shipments and resolve delays, damage, or lost packages
• respond to customer order-status and return inquiries
• maintain ERP/OMS records and generate daily fulfillment reports.
