What you'll do

• Lead a team of 75 FTEs through three direct-report managers overseeing the OR, Sterile Processing, and perioperative services
• manage volume forecasting, staffing, and budgets
• monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• advance evidence-based clinical practice and patient safety
• collaborate with administrators and physicians on service lines and development
• foster interdisciplinary communication and accountability.
