What you'll do

• Prepare third-party billing and price assigned loads
• obtain supporting documentation from internal and external departments
• verify billing data against paperwork and correct errors before posting
• post sales to DM2
• process credit and rebills for bills of lading, customers, and the tax department
• respond to email requests
• analyze and reconcile fuel inventory with sales orders, driver paperwork, and bills of lading
• coordinate inventory adjustments
• assist with month-end closing and additional invoicing.
