What you'll do

• Share technical product knowledge and help guests solve product questions
• represent ARC’TERYX in-store and in the community
• support store leadership projects and brand initiatives
• provide merchandising and in-store experience feedback
• answer store phones and emails and occasionally respond on Epicenter social media channels
• process purchases, warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, and returns through the point-of-sale system
• receive and unpack inventory.

Why this role
