What you'll do

• Follow case manager instructions and review case materials
• conduct covert video surveillance
• obtain recorded statements, inspect scenes, perform activity checks, and secure documents as assigned
• complete timely written notes
• submit video, photographs, and digital recordings by the next business day
• meet client deadlines
• communicate assignment progress
• maintain confidentiality.
