The attorney guides clients through family-law matters, investigates and analyzes case facts, develops legal positions, and represents clients in court. The role also supports efficient resolutions and contributes to the team through mentoring junior attorneys and delegating work effectively.

What you'll do

• Guide clients through family-law matters
• investigate case facts, including financial records, expert evaluations, and prior filings
• apply case law and court precedent
• pursue efficient, cost-effective resolutions and litigate when appropriate
• draft pleadings, exhibits, financial disclosures, support calculations, and prenuptial agreements
• represent clients in court
• mentor junior attorneys and delegate to support staff.

Why this role

Requires family-law experience, a Juris Doctor, and an active Wisconsin Bar license in good standing. Five or more years of family-law litigation experience, regional court familiarity, and team leadership or mentoring experience are preferred.
