• Provide HR support, process knowledge, and consultation.
• Partner with business and senior HR partners on strategic initiatives.
• Promote positive employee relations.
• Coach functional leadership on HR policies and complex employee issues.
• Conduct employee relations investigations.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on process standardization.
