What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding
• deliver courteous service
• register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-in activities
• explain facility programs
• operate multi-line phones
• record waivers, event information, and scores
• print game sheets
• maintain confidentiality
• resolve or refer guest concerns
• enforce venue policies
• complete assigned projects and duties.
