Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician works onsite at Lincolnshire West Apartments in DeKalb, IL. Pay is $20–$32 per hour. The role helps maintain a high standard of living for residents. What you'll do

• Prepare vacant units
• respond to maintenance requests and follow up
• perform preventive maintenance including light-bulb and filter changes, painting, drywall repair, and lock maintenance
• help with pool upkeep if applicable
• assist with snow removal by 6:00 a.m.
• rotate emergency on-call duties
• maintain logs
• keep common areas and grounds clean
• communicate with residents, teammates, and vendors.
