What you'll do

• Complete intake for residential clients
• coordinate treatment plans and provide indicated individual, group, and family treatment
• evaluate progress and chair treatment plan meetings
• coordinate discharge planning
• maintain contact with DCBS workers, families, and others involved in care
• document assessments and treatment
• support the cottage treatment team
• link clients to community resources
• assist with crisis intervention and clinical direction as needed
• maintain on-call responsibilities for crisis intervention.
