Senior Manager, IT Project Management

Job overview

The Senior Manager, IT Project Management role is hybrid in Arlington, VA, with local employees expected in the office 2–3 days per week; remote candidates are expected to attend 1–2 onsite events each year. What you'll do

• Lead large-scale cross-functional IT projects and portfolio reviews
• maintain the digital transformation roadmap and project management systems, including ClickUp and SharePoint
• align priorities, resources, vendors, and interdependencies
• manage scope, schedules, risks, procurement, and communications
• oversee requirements gathering and quality assurance
• manage and mentor analysts, project managers, developers, and vendors
• support change management and stakeholder decision-making.
