What you'll do

• Serve as Administrator On Call to guide staff through organ donation steps
• ensure teams meet internal policies and external regulations
• manage the call schedule to maintain staffing coverage
• work with Medical Directors and the Medical Advisory Committee on policy and practice changes
• support recruitment, coaching, mentoring, development, and counseling
• oversee training and orientation
• provide onsite hospital support and assist with case activity and First Assist duties as necessary.
