This role exists to manage and facilitate the PACT program's substance use disorder programming, providing individual and group treatment, clinical consultation, and case management. The SUDP acts as a subject matter expert to ensure continuity of care and support for clients with dual diagnoses.

What you'll do

• Manage and facilitate PACT's SUD programming, update substance use treatment plans monthly, provide individual and group SUD treatment, act as a subject matter expert, provide staff training, and participate in psychiatric consultations and case conferences.
