Job overview
The Line Service Specialist is an onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, and the role supports the ramp and experience operations team at Aero. This role exists to ensure safe and efficient ramp and experience support operations for premium air travel. The specialist works with aircraft, flight crews, and ground teams to manage arrivals, departures, and turn-around activities while maintaining high service standards.
What you'll do
- Be present during aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Collect, tag, and weigh luggage.
- Confirm FBO line services are scheduled and positioned.
- Support aircraft services including loading luggage.
- Conduct aircraft up-lifts and down-lifts.
- Ensure completion of aircraft services including water, lavatory, paper, ice, and coffee.
- Coordinate aircraft fueling.
- Liaise with FBO line service team.
- Ensure safe ramp operation.
- Complete light cabin cleaning services.
