The Mill Machinist role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $28–$36 per hour, depending on experience. The machinist operates and maintains manual and CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. The role supports manufacturing quality and efficiency through blueprint interpretation, machine setup and adjustment, inspection, troubleshooting, documentation, and equipment upkeep.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC milling machines
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and specifications
• select tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting methods
• measure and inspect parts using precision instruments
• adjust machines to maintain accuracy and quality
• troubleshoot machining and equipment issues
• maintain production and inspection records
• follow safety procedures
• collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and production teams
• assist with preventive maintenance.
