Senior Accountant

What you'll do

• Assist with month-end and year-end close, general ledger reconciliations, and journal entries
• reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• prepare and maintain GAAP financial reports and statements
• support regulatory compliance
• gather documentation for audits and tax filings
• collaborate across departments on reporting accuracy
• identify process improvements
• manage W-9 and 1099 compliance
• provide backup for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
