The Salesforce Solutions Architect role is a fully remote position with travel to Columbus, OH. The pay rate is $160/hour, and the role supports the Work & Asset Management project team at Blue Star Partners LLC. This role exists to act as a trusted advisor to the client, engaging with stakeholders to design robust Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Energy & Utilities Cloud. The architect translates business needs into a technical vision and ensures scalability and best practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to understand the company’s vision and requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Participate in business solution design sessions to identify pain points and business objectives.
• Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to the client’s business needs.
• Act as the technical point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of systems and requirements.
• Assist teams in preparing and delivering technical demonstrations, showcasing the value and functionality of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with the project team during the development lifecycle to verify requirements, data mapping, solution design, and defect analysis.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, making implementation and change management recommendations.
