What you'll do

• Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, meals, hydration, toileting, bathing, skin care, hair care, oral hygiene, and dressing
• collect specimens and measure intake and output
• take temperature, pulse, and respiration
• observe and report changes to the charge nurse
• maintain records, clean equipment, and follow safety and confidentiality procedures.
