Night Manager — Facility Services

What you'll do

• Visit client sites in the evening to check scopes of work and company policies
• learn assigned buildings and labor network
• manage inspections, address complaints, and support new client starts
• communicate client priorities to cleaning crews and collaborate on solutions
• provide daily updates and nightly recaps to the Facility Solutions Manager
• ensure compliance with client procedures and approved cleaning tools
• coach crews through feedback, problem resolution, and training
• meet stated internal and client communication response times.
