The Bilingual Early Childhood Education Family Case Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Bozeman, MT, paying $25.00–$26.00 per hour. Human Resource Development Council Dist IX’s ECE program supports children and families through family engagement and coordinated services. The role partners with families in English and Spanish to identify goals, connect them with resources, and coordinate support. It also maintains case records, supports program compliance and enrollment, and collaborates with staff and community providers to promote family well-being and school readiness.

What you'll do

• Partner with families to identify strengths, needs, and goals
• develop action plans
• provide English- and Spanish-language case management and resource navigation
• maintain confidential records and case notes
• coordinate referrals with staff and community providers
• support enrollment, family events, and program operations
• follow Head Start requirements and mandated reporting procedures.
