What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of recovery services and promotions
• contact new members about complimentary services
• advise members and guests on services
• support sales of packages and retail
• assist with maintenance, delivery, and rebooting of cryotherapy chambers and tanks
• check in members and verify active memberships
• collect dues and update billing when appropriate
• respond to inquiries and concerns
• report issues
• maintain cleanliness
• assist other departments and attend required meetings.
