What you'll do

• Operate dishwashing equipment and clean, sanitize, and store dishes and cookware
• maintain dish areas, kitchens, storage, and service spaces
• assist with deep cleaning, floor care, trash removal, and recycling
• monitor supplies and report needs
• support dish flow and equipment readiness
• assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies
• help coordinate stewarding priorities during service and events
• support training of less-experienced team members
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
