What you'll do

• Receive, review, and document claims, incidents, and inquiries
• gather information from stakeholders and external parties
• maintain claim details and supporting records in tracking systems
• organize files for review and resolution
• communicate with internal departments, legal/risk staff, carriers, administrators, and partners
• track deadlines and missing information
• identify issues for escalation
• prepare reports and correspondence
• protect confidential information
• identify process improvements.
