Launch Account Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain project-status communication with property stakeholders
• remain onsite throughout launches or visit new construction projects weekly and more often as needed during move-in
• hold meetings with community representatives or developers
• represent the company at town halls and board meetings
• coordinate operational needs, signup events, contract deliverables, and common-area completion
• handle correspondence for property VIPs and board members
• address escalated customer and subscriber issues
• conduct informational meetings
• introduce the ongoing account manager at turnover
• coordinate marketing materials
• respond to web inquiries and social media posts
• update the community portal blog when applicable.
