The Seasonal Job Coach position is onsite in Putnam, CT, from September 15 through December 31, 2026. Pay is $16.94 per hour for weekday day shifts before 5 p.m.; the posting lists $17.25 per hour for weekday evening shifts and $18.00 per hour for weekend shifts. Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut supports people with disabilities in maintaining employment and building workplace independence. The job coach provides training and support at participants’ work sites, observes and reports on employment engagement and accommodation needs, completes case-management documentation, and provides transportation to and from work sites as needed. The temporary role may lead to permanent employment after the seasonal program.
