What you'll do

• Develop, organize, and operate skilled nursing services
• collaborate with the Resident Care Director
• report significant clinical developments
• coordinate outside care services
• maintain nursing schedules and assignments for 24-hour coverage
• order supplies and equipment
• support associate orientation
• participate in assurance meetings and policy reviews
• serve as administrator in their absence
• serve on call on weekends and after normal working hours.
