Customer Experience Lead (CXL) — Jacksonville

The Customer Experience Lead (CXL) role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, and pays $16–$19 per hour. The position leads assigned shifts at a Fit2Run store and serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The CXL supports store performance by delivering the Fit2Run Fit process, coaching team members, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. The role contributes to customer experience and team results through floor leadership, sales support, and store standards.

What you'll do

• Deliver the Fit2Run Fit process and demonstrate selling behaviors and product knowledge
• support team members in improving conversion and transaction value
• help resolve customer concerns
• serve as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing the store
• delegate tasks and monitor floor coverage
• address operational issues and escalate as needed
• coach and support team members
• assist with onboarding and training
• maintain cleanliness, organization, visual presentation, and inventory
• support promotions and product launches.
