Registered Nurse (RN) - Straight Night Shift

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
