Operations Support Coordinator

Job overview

The Operations Support Coordinator role is onsite in Chicago, IL; pay is $21–$24 per hour. Lessen is a technology-enabled property service provider that coordinates services for commercial and residential real estate. The coordinator manages complex or sensitive work orders, projects, local office priorities, and escalations. By coordinating vendors, residents, and internal partners and tracking work-order completion, the role supports service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, residents, and internal partners
• handle customer calls and email service requests
• manage inquiries and commitments
• act as project manager and vendor liaison as needed
• schedule and coordinate project work orders
• ensure work orders are complete, linked, and sequenced
• serve as an escalation point
• maintain communication with affiliates in line with contracts and scope of work
• enter accurate information into the database
• support shift handoffs, team training, and ad hoc projects
• provide market intelligence feedback.
