Property Supervisor

The Property Supervisor role is onsite in Little Rock, AR, and compensation is not specified. The position oversees the Property/Logistics area and supports the Center’s property management requirements. The supervisor ensures equipment and other property are tracked, inventoried, maintained, and handled according to applicable procedures and requirements. The role supervises the Property Specialist, trains property custodians, and coordinates with regional, government, and corporate offices to maintain an effective property management system.

What you'll do

• Supervise the Property Specialist and make recommendations regarding discipline, promotions, and merit increases.
• Conduct quarterly and annual inventories, spot-check equipment and warehouse items, update the EPMS, process equipment additions and disposals, investigate missing or stolen equipment, train property custodians, coordinate with GSA and other offices, and maintain compliance with applicable procedures and safety practices.
