On-Call Maintenance Specialist

• Maintain and repair building interiors

Why this role

Requires a Massachusetts license and vehicle, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift 70 pounds. Previous interior building maintenance or repair experience is strongly preferred. A paid two-day orientation in Rutland, Monday and Tuesday, 8 AM–4 PM, is required.
