What you'll do

• Assist with production and production goals
• help oversee scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
• maintain quality and safety standards
• help train, lead, and support facility personnel
• monitor inventory, order materials, and manage costs
• maintain production equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
• serve as acting manager during the manager’s absences.
