What you'll do

• Conduct legal analysis, communicate with clients, take depositions, participate in mediations and discovery, review and analyze documents, handle state and federal law-and-motion practice, conduct legal research and writing, and participate in trials and arbitrations as second chair, with first-chair opportunities.
