Deployment Strategist (Founding Principal)

The Deployment Strategist (Founding Principal) is an onsite, full-time role in San Francisco, CA, with work in the office six days per week. Compensation is $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus competitive equity. Solvea works with private markets investors to gather insights at scale using AI and human expertise. Working with the founders, this role develops AI agent workflows, leads customer engagements, and brings client insights into product strategy. It also supports sales and helps shape the founding team’s approach to serving private equity clients.
