What you'll do

• Facilitate social activities, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and outdoor time
• contribute ideas to planned programs
• assist with resident experience plans and activity calendars
• invite and encourage resident participation
• escort residents to activities
• document attendance and one-to-one interactions in Lifeloop
• report concerns affecting participation. May drive a company vehicle as required by the community.
