What you'll do

• Prepare craft cocktails and drinks
• demonstrate bourbon knowledge and help guests choose selections
• greet and engage guests and build rapport
• keep the bar clean and organized
• prepare fruit and garnishes
• display glasses and liquor bottles
• verify guests are of legal drinking age and refuse service when appropriate
• escalate concerns to the Head Bartender or Bar Manager
• order bar supplies
• handle cash and credit transactions
• follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures
• open and close the store as needed.
