What you'll do

• Follow safe food handling, hygiene, temperature-check, and documentation procedures
• prepare or support daily meals and snacks according to menus, recipes, supervisor instructions, and special diets ordered by nursing
• serve patients, visitors, and staff
• store food safely
• wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment
• provide safety and hygiene instruction to patients assigned cleanup duties
• clean kitchen areas
• report hazards
• remove trash and follow facility policies.
