What you'll do

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
• support performance evaluations, training, and development
• assist with the annual budget and monitor performance
• manage staffing, linen, and supply cost controls
• schedule staff based on labor standards and occupancy
• maintain cleanliness and room quality
• conduct inventories and order supplies
• enforce safety and lost-and-found procedures
• alert hotel management to emergencies.
