What you'll do

• Engage with children through positive interactions and model appropriate behavior and language
• prepare, maintain, and clean learning materials and classroom environments
• provide classroom coverage for staff breaks or time off
• follow classroom routines and schedules
• communicate children’s needs, routines, and transitions to teaching staff
• support multiple classrooms as needed
• greet families professionally
• maintain confidentiality
• complete required orientation, health and safety training, and professional development
• comply with background checks and licensing requirements.
