What you'll do

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations and inventory integrity
• manage physical and system transactions
• investigate data integrity gaps
• optimize inventory storage
• maintain a 5S program
• monitor carrier temperature compliance and shipment documentation
• staff and schedule the shift
• ensure FEFO and FIFO processes
• interview, hire, and manage employees
• develop forklift cross-training
• support safety initiatives and equipment inspections
• coordinate continuous improvement with Fulfillment, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, HR, Maintenance, and Kitchen operations
• work on a forklift for an expected 30% of the work week.
